BRELA ORS Useful but in Need of a Modern Upgrade

I’ve used the BRELA Online Registration System (ORS) several times to register businesses and access company info. It’s convenient because I don’t have to visit their office everything is done online. The system generally works as expected, and tasks like submitting documents or checking registration status are straightforward.

However, the platform feels very outdated. The design is not user-friendly, especially on mobile, and it can be slow or freeze unexpectedly. There’s also limited support when you run into problems, which can be frustrating.

Overall, it gets the job done, but it really needs a modern upgrade to improve speed, usability, and support
