PSSSF Member Portal

To use the PSSSF Member Portal, you must first register your account using your national identification details and then log in to access your social security records.

Registration Process

If you are a first-time user, follow these steps to create an account:

• Visit the Portal: Go to the official PSSSF Member Portal Registration Page (https://memberportal.psssf.go.tz/register_employee)
• Select Membership Type: Choose whether you are a Member (active employee) or a Pensioner.
• Provide Identification: Enter your National ID (NIDA) number and your Date of Birth exactly as it appears on your official records.
• Create a Password: Choose a secure password and confirm it.
• Verify via OTP: You will receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS on the phone number registered with the Fund. Enter this code to complete the registration.

Logging In

• Once registered, you can access your dashboard at any time. Navigate to the PSSSF Login Page.
• Enter your Registered Email or Mobile Number and your password. Click Login to access your personal profile.

Key Portal Actions

After logging in, you can perform several tasks:

• View Contributions: Click on "Print Contribution Statement" to see your monthly contribution history.
• Manage Claims: Navigate to "Claim History" and select "Register Claim" to start a new benefit application. You can upload required documents directly to the portal.
• Track Claim Status: Check the progress of submitted claims to see which stage of payment they have reached.
• Update Profile: Modify personal details such as your phone number or add dependents.

Alternative: Mobile App

For access on the go, you can download the PSSSF Kiganjani app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The app uses the same login credentials as the web portal and allows you to view statements and employment details directly from your smartphone.
