Key Features of ARIS 3

Accessing ARIS 3

• Students: Log in at aris3.udsm.ac.tz using your registration number and password.

• Staff: Access the staff portal at aris3.udsm.ac.tz/staff.

If you don't have an account yet, you can create one by selecting the "Sign Up" option on the login page and following the registration steps.

Requesting Transcripts via ARIS 3

To request official transcripts:

1. Log in to your ARIS 3 account.

2. Navigate to the Academic menu and select My Transcript Requests.

3. Click on Add New Request.

4. Fill in the required details, including the number of copies and delivery address, then save your request.

5. After saving, you'll receive a control number; use it to make the necessary payment.

6. Download and complete the Transcript Request Form, attach the required documents, and submit them physically at the Sisal House Building (formerly the School of Education Building).

Course Registration Process

To register for courses:

1. Ensure all required fees are paid.

2. Log in to your ARIS 3 account.

3. Click on the menu icon (usually represented by four bars) in the top-right corner.

4. Select Registration from the menu.

5. Choose My Course Registration.

6. Select your desired courses and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration.
