e-Vibali also known as Mfumo wa Vibali vya Kusafiri Nje ya Nchi is an official digital platform established by the Government of Tanzania. It is designed to manage and coordinate the issuance of travel permits for public servants intending to travel outside the country.

ZanVibali is an electronic, automated system developed for the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar to manage, process, and issue travel permits for public servants traveling outside the country.
