eMrejesho Version 2 (eMrejeshoV2) is an advanced digital platform developed by Tanzania's e-Government Authority (e-GA) to enhance citizen engagement and improve public service delivery. Building upon the original eMrejesho system, which won the United Nations Public Service Innovation Award in 2024 , eMrejeshoV2 integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) to collect, analyze, and provide real-time feedback on citizens' experiences with government services.
