Key Features

• Bulk Payments: Initiate up to 2,000 payments in a single transaction to CRDB account holders, other local banks in Tanzania, or mobile money platforms like M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and Halopesa.

• Funds Transfer: Transfer funds between your own accounts, to other CRDB accounts, or to local banks via TISS. International transfers through SWIFT are also supported.

• Multi-Currency Transactions: Perform cross-currency transfers (e.g., TZS to USD) using approved board rates or negotiated special rates.

• Bill Payments: Pay utility bills, taxes, and fees to services like LUKU, DSTV, AZAM, TRA, and Government Electronic Payments (GEPG).

• Account Management: Access real-time account balances, view transaction histories, and download statements for up to one year.

• Security: The portal employs two-level authentication using a username and password, along with either a Mobile OTP, SMS OTP, or a CRDB-provided security gadget.

• User Access Levels: For corporate users, the system allows multiple access levels, including View Only, Input Only, Approver, and Full Access.

• To register for CRDB Internet Banking: Visit a Branch: Go to the nearest CRDB Bank branch with a valid ID (NIDA, Voter’s Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
