How to Submit Feedback

1. Access the Portal: Navigate to https://emrejesho.gov.go.tz.

2. Choose the Relevant Sector: On the homepage, select the sector or institution related to your feedback (e.g., Health, Education, Judiciary).

3. Select Feedback Type: Choose the nature of your feedback: Complaint, Suggestion, Inquiry, or Appreciation.

4. Provide Details: Fill in the required information, including a clear description of your feedback. You may also attach relevant documents or images.

5. Submit Anonymously or Log In: You can submit feedback anonymously or log in to your account for personalized tracking.

6. Receive Tracking Number: After submission, you'll receive a unique tracking number to monitor the status of your feedback.

Tracking Your Feedback

To monitor the progress of your submission:

• Via Tracking Number: Use the "Fuatilia Mrejesho" feature on the portal's homepage and enter your tracking number.

• Through Your Account: If you submitted feedback while logged in, you can view the status in your account dashboard.
