Access the Portal:
Visit the official MU e-COMAS portal: https://ecomas.mzumbe.ac.tz
Log In:
Enter your registered username and password to access your dashboard.
If you encounter login issues, use the password reset feature or contact the system administrator for assistance.
Register a New Consultancy Project:
Navigate to the "Register Project" section.
Fill in all required details about your consultancy project, including title, objectives, duration, and team members.
Submit the registration form for approval.
Update Project Progress:
Regularly log in to update the status of your ongoing projects.
Provide progress reports, milestones achieved, and any challenges encountered.
Generate Reports:
Utilize the system's reporting tools to generate performance reports (weekly, quarterly, or annually) for your projects.
These reports can be used for internal reviews or submitted to the Directorate of Consultancy and Executive Development (DELCE).
